Our Law Firm

We have been practising law since 1993 in Amsterdam. Mr. drs. Widjai Hoebba graduated at the University of Utrecht and achieved a second degree at the Open University Heerlen and mr. F.J.N. Hendriksen Rattan-Tewari graduated at the VU University.

Our major, but not limited, fields of law are:

• We will refer you to another Attorney office in case we cannot assist you.

Open office hours

You can walk in on Mondays and Wednesdaybetween 10:30 and 12:30 for general questions and particularly on the field of Immigration law and social security, labouw law and rental law.

Costs and other expenses

We have very reasonable fees. As a client, you will sign a contract with the lawyer who will handle your case. Our general conditions will apply in the Dutch version, under Dutch law.

Lawyers fee

In case you have a low income we can apply for government subsidised financial legal aid.

PAYING CLIENTS

We charge € 150 per hour ex VAT.
In general we prefer fixed all-in fees so that the legal costs will never be a suprise afterwards.
